Service process

  1. Initial assessment

    • Detailed inspection and condition report with photographs

    • Estimate of work required and lead time

  2. Full mechanical service

    • Complete strip and ultrasonic cleaning of movement components

    • Inspection and replacement of worn parts using authentic or high-quality compatible components.

    • Reassembly, lubrication with manufacturer-appropriate oils and calibration to timekeeping standards

  3. Case and bracelet work

    • Gentle polishing and light refinishing to retain original lines and finish; heavy rework avoided unless requested.

    • Timekeeping verification, testing in multiple positions before return
